The ProPlant Complete Shake tastes horrible. I thought it might be just me so I let my wife try it and she spit it out in the sink.
I bought this with the hopes I could substitute a few meals a week with it, but seriously, it's not palatable.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
