I was attempting a regular scan with my FixMeStick. I got a message to do a Factory Update. Tried that 3 times with no success. It just kept hanging up. Contacted FMS support by email. Karen replied with instructions that were short, sweet and to the point. Very professional. She suggested I download a special file, which I did. It worked like a charm. Thank you very much, Karen.
