I was very skeptical whether City Lips would really do what it says. I had tried Botox to reduce the lines on my mouth and it did nothing for the lines. As I am in Australia and freight is expensive from the USA, I ordered just 1 clear tube. Well, it worked in a short period. My lip lines are so reduced and my lips plump. I put it on a while before my lipstick goes on. I use a wax clear or pigmented lip liner and fill with a normal lip pencil and add lipstick and wah-la, I have the result I've been searching for and no pain or tingling. I use it twice a day, it's working great. Just ordered another 3 tubes.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
