I lost 8 pounds so far on this wonderful meal replacement plan! If you find it too thick, you need to blend one scoop of the powder with some frozen fruit, and then 2.5 glasses of water or oat milk. Coconut and soy milk work well too. Then blend it all for no more than ONE MINUTE. Over blending makes it more gelatinous!
I do this three times per week! ENJOY THE RESULTS!
