My visit to the SmileDirectClub office in Ventura, California went very well. Located on the second floor down a long hallway but fairly easy to find. The office was clean and professional and I was greeted with a very pretty friendly smile! Jessica had amazing customer service and made me feel as if I knew her for years. The whole experience from start to finish was comfortable and easy. Thank you Jessica!
