I've used plumping lip glosses and even a red light device before, but City Lips' effects surpass these by far! After the first application, my lips felt nourished and moisturized. With 2-3 applications per day, they started to slowly but surely fill out over the week. It's been about twelve days now and I'm already seeing such noticeable results. The best part is that it's vegan and cruelty-free. Hooray!
