Blain did a great job of filling my order. I was hoping they had an overnight option for shipping, but it doesn't look like that's an option. Also, it would be nice if their fulfillment were faster on the weekend. Sometimes refills are needed faster than 5 days out.

Thomas, so sorry that we weren't able to help you with overnight shipping. If you want next day delivery on your next shipment you just let us know, Thomas! We absolutely do offer USPS next day delivery. But the specific week we're talking about USPS had some widespread system issues which meant that a lot of our next day deliveries weren't arriving when they should (i.e. not next day!). Our Lemonaid Health pharmacy team always tries to under promise and overdeliver, so based on that we didn't promise any next day deliveries that specific week in case we let our patients down. Average delivery time for most of our medicine deliveries is 2-3 days nationwide from our pharmacy in St Louis, Missouri.
