I went through the last 2 years not being able to sleep more than 4 hours a night. When I don't sleep enough, I wake up the next day with horrible acid reflux, nausea, and vomiting if I attempt to eat anything before noon. I probably vomited at least 6 days a week for 2 years. You would think all of the vomiting would cause a person to lose weight. NO. I gained 30 lbs in 2 years.
I'm only in my mid 30's. It was a horrible way to live.
Well, I finally started taking these shakes because I couldn't stomach anything solid. Suddenly after about 3 days, my energy came back. After 2 months I had lost 20 lbs of fat and bloat.
After 3 months I had lost the whole 30 lbs, had tons of energy, and I sleep like a Christmas baby.
