We had a great experience with Opendoor. After receiving a very low-ball offer from another company, we were skeptical, but Opendoor gave us a more than fair market value basis, a fee structure similar to local realtors, and repair estimates that were better than any other bids we received. Start-to-finish, the process was done in around 3 weeks. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their house quickly for a fair price.
