I have been pleasantly surprised. I am 63 years old and have not worn eye shadow for about 10 years due to my wrinkled eyelids. They are so smooth now, I'm considering buying some shadow or eyeliner. The wrinkles on my décolletage are improving significantly and this summer I've been wearing some sleeveless low neck tops. Although none of my friends seem to have noticed yet, I'm sure they will soon.
I'm working on a weight loss program, so it will be interesting to see how the skin responds while losing weight.
