I really like Dr. Gundry and his research and wanted to like this drink. It is a gelatinous, even stringy mess. I tried many ways of thinning it out to make it into a drink instead of literal gel. The taste was fine, but you won't be able to get it down. I was afraid to pour it down my sink for fear of it clogging it up.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
