    Ordering system and customer support is shabby and not helpful

    Overall Experience:

    When I recently ordered an item, it listed regular shipping and express (fast) shipping and gave some dates. I wanted to use express to get an item I needed before leaving on a business trip. During the checkout process, nowhere did I see an option to select the shipping method. I thought I had just missed it so I immediately canceled and placed a new order, but this time after paying close attention to the process, shipping methods were not displayed nor options to select one over the other. After placing the order, I immediately tried to contact customer support but it's an automated bot with poor options to select for the reason for contacting them. The question I needed to select was not listed and when I chose other, it gave me a place to describe the issue, but the number of characters is limited so you can't fully describe the issue. It takes 3 days to get a response, which also seems automated. The response didn't address my issue and it stated you will get your order between this date and this date, which were not what I wanted. It seems that no one or no bot comprehended my issue and I got a canned response. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
