    Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend

    The customer service reps are unacceptably rude and not helpful

    Overall Experience:

    I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of Dr. Marty's products throughout the last few years. I love my pets. But there was an issue with my order and the customer service rep could not locate the order number I was provided by Dr. Marty's. I was provided one invoice number via purchase confirmation via email and another order number in the package with the products. Customer service rep did not have any. Customer service rep was rude. Constantly spoke over me and would not give me her name. Would not give me the history of my purchases. Very matter of factly rude and uncooperative. I will never be purchasing another thing with Dr. Marty. You've lost a customer with your poor customer service and lack of appreciation of my business.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
