I noticed improvements with my digestive tract and Candida overgrowth within the first week. My weight loss was immediate as well. I have lost twelve pounds in the past seven weeks, by taking one pill with each meal, and the correct amount of water before each meal. I would have lost more, but got off schedule during our vacation. I continued the medicine, but the water wasn't adhered to like I was supposed to do. I only gained about two pounds, instead of the normal five to eight pounds from being on vacation. I lost it all and one pound more within three days of being back home and on routine.
