I ordered 6 bottles at the low introductory price and the first month I took a double dose daily. I didn't change one other thing except also starting a molecular progesterone supplement to boost my thyroid. I am 63. However, my diet remained the same and I did not even exercise. My weight on ordering was 190lbs and after 2 months I lost 25 pounds. I am now going to try some of the other products from LRC. I believe treating health problems on a cellular level is the most effective. I'm so pleased. Looking forward to losing even more weight!
