I haven't been using Active-PK very long, but I have increased energy on this formula. I haven't noticed any weight loss yet, but hoping for that soon. I have a mild reduction in my arthritis pain, and that is a major improvement for me. The increase in well being is reason enough to continue taking Active-PK. I have taken other immune modulators, but Gynostemma seems to be the best I've taken as far as my RA is concerned. Thank you for a good product.
