In August 2019, I ran my FixMeStick routine and to my surprise, I received an error stating that my FixMeStick was corrupted. Thus I could not run any virus checks at all. I made several email attempts to FixMeStick Support Team which did NOT resolve my condition. While I tried to execute the options that the FixMeStick sent, I was not successful in fixing my problem. I decided to call the FixMeStick Help Line and after two hours on the telephone with the dedicated, patient and unrelenting FIXMeStick Support team, I am happy to say that my problem HAS BEEN RESOLVED by the FixMeStick team who stuck with me until it was resolved and I am now able (once again) to resume my routine of running the FixMeStick virus checker on a weekly basis on both my computers.
