Hubble has charged the contact lenses subscription's amount from my credit card on the 29th of September. Today is the 8th of October and I still didn't receive the package. I called Hubbles and spoke to Bastian and Walentina from the customer service in Germany, they were incapable of providing me with a tracking number. The package now seems to be lost and no one from Hubble has a clue of where it can be. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that it happened, so a service that should be making my life easier is instead only bringing me trouble. It would be intelligent and polite to send an e-mail to your clients after charging their credit cards, where you provide them with the tracking number of the package. Shame!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
