We've got two dogs, both Husky-mix. The older one is 11 years old. The younger one is 7 years old and has been diabetic for the past 3 years.
The older one will eat anything…all day long, if he could. He loved the raw food from the start. I've noticed that he has begun to jump again (by this I mean he will get his front paws off the ground when he's really excited). He hasn't done this in months!
The younger one became very picky with her meals, especially breakfast, and had to be coaxed into finishing. But since we've added a little raw food to her prescription meals, she's cleaning her plate in no time.
The first time they got some raw food added to their regular meals, they went back and forth licking plates four times! And when asked if they liked it, the older one promptly wagged his tail in approval and the younger one started talking to express her approval.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
