I feel rather sad to read all these negative reviews.
My orders are shipped to New Zealand and always arrive well packed and in good order.
My only complaint is the cost of postage, which is horrendous.
Not the company's fault, but I did get a bit anti when the postage was quoted in US dollars and turned out to be an awful lot higher in NZ dollars.
The products were in NZ dollars so I assumed the postage was also.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
