    Cars have issues

    I've purchased two cars from Carvana. The first one had been smoked in and they tried to cover it with a smoke bomb. The 2nd one I recently purchased has had many issues and they won't help with it. I have only driven the car 2500 miles but the 100 day/4100 mile warranty passed a couple weeks ago because it went over the 100 days but I didn't even come close to the miles. The power steering went out on the car and had intermittent errors within the warranty but couldn't' be diagnosed because it was intermittent. Now the power steering is gone and the car can't be driven in this state. Ford is stating it will cost $2000 to fix the issue that was obviously there when I purchased the car. Cavana just passed the issue on to me. Also the car was locked with a "Mykey" feature Ford has which locks a teenager out of going above a certain speed and from turning up the volume and various other things. I had to buy a new master key to get this turned off which isn't cheap. Carvana sold me the car in this state. Anyways not sure I can trust buying another car from them again. I do like the online process but the pain caused using them to buy a car is much greater than the easy online buying process.
