I use a NutriBullet. First I put in some berries and a banana. Next a tsp of almond butter. Next 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Then one and a half cups of almond milk. Then I add 5 to 6 cubes of ice and lastly and this is important, I add a scoop of collagen and a scoop of the shake so when I invert my NutriBullet container, the powders are next to the ice and the blades. I blend for 45 seconds. Delicious with a perfect consistency. This is a meal replacement recipe, since it has the extra calories. Hope this helps those with a too thick consistency.
