I’ve been taking this stuff for two years now. It truly is great tasting because I like mint. I thought it mixed pretty well in my glass of water stirred vigorously with a fork, which is how I took it most mornings first thing. It wasn’t like coffee, but I felt like it got my mind and body started each morning before work. My gut issues are under control. It kept my gout under control where I was able to indulge a bit more in foods I used to have to completely avoid. It keeps me off gout medication in combination with a semi-healthy diet. I think the customer service issues people speak of are due to the fact the product is great, and the company is struggling with the volume of demand increase which is normal for a fast-growing company. However, I have never experienced these issues except for a long hold time when I wanted to update my charge card one time, which I felt was normal. Love the product. Love the honesty of the company. The disclaimer regarding the cancer thing is in full explanation on the food administration website, and should actually be on most products in the world. The product is very legit in my opinion.
