    Exemplary customer service

    Overall Experience:

    My FixMeStick was damaged and Linda, in Customer Service, offered to replace it at no cost. When it was delayed in the mail she said "no problem" and sent out another one.

    She was very pleasant, helpful, and professional over the course of several emails and several days.

    I also work in customer service, and I appreciate the frustrations sometimes involved in this job. Linda went above and beyond, and I am a very happy customer!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
