I give Chico, my 11-year-old Mainekoon 1/2 to 1 scoop a day of the powder mixed in with his wet food. He eats it as well as some dry food each day. Since he's taken it, he seems more mellow and also at times actually runs across the rooms in my apartment. I would say it is helping, and I am almost done with the first container of Nutra Thrive. I will continue with the others I bought at the same time.
