This was such a painless experience. I purchased a OnePlus 7 Pro from T-Mobile. After reading that OnePlus was offering support for Visible Wireless, I decided to try it out. I kept getting the "Network Locked" message. Purchased the "Unlock Service" from you guys on Friday and the phone was unlocked on Sunday evening. Thanks!
