Despite one of the customer service representative asking me to contact her to process product return/refund, I still have not gotten any response from the company. So much for a hassle-free return guarantee.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After regularly taking for approximately 1 month, I am highly disappointed to report that there has not been even a slight improvement! I emailed the customer service requesting a product return/refund but have not gotten any response.
