    Overall Experience:

    I use it daily in my protein shakes and now my bowel movements are working again and I have more energy. It is a good product for my morning smoothies, and I tried it plain and I did not like it. Then I added my vanilla protein powder, then I was able to drink it without putting it in my smoothie drinks. I use my own probiotic prunes that I eat.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
