Have been using the product for almost a month and have lost 10 pounds. Will wait to see if it is water weight or not. The energy boost is noticeable but not over the top like a pre-workout. Makes the need for that 2:30 pm coffee less important. The taste of the pills is less than great if you leave it in your mouth but it is tolerable. I found the 3-pack of the bottles to be the best purchase for economical usage.
