    Overall Experience:

    I have been a loyal FMS customer now for as long as I can remember. I have used the product faithfully, running scans on a monthly basis, surprisingly enough, FMS has found and removed a lot of viruses and the results make my computer(s) run much faster.

    I have also had issues that FMS was not able to fix directly, however after an email request for support, their Customer Service team would respond quickly and assist as best they can. In every case, they were able to provide a positive outcome.

    The team will go above and beyond what I expected they could do to provide a good experience. I am very grateful for that effort.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
