    Making it right!

    Overall Experience:

    After a rocky start to new truck ownership, Vroom is making it right. My truck showed up with some damage that wasn’t reported before they delivered it. It wasn’t really bad but I still wasn’t happy. It wasn’t what I was expecting. It took a few phone calls and emails but Vroom is owning it. I had an estimate done and it was approved the same day. Thank you, Jessica and Diane, for seeing me through and winning over this customer!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Never again

    Buying the truck was very easy. Vroom’s communication or lack thereof is a different story. Once I purchased the vehicle I couldn’t get anyone to return a phone call. When my truck showed up it had damage that was not disclosed in any photos or by the sales rep that I spoke with. The damage wasn’t done in shipping because it was noted on the bill of lading before the driver took possession. They told me to get an estimate but I only had a few days because of the return policy. I never heard back from them again until they called to deny the estimate to fix the damage. I would rather buy from a lot where I know what I’m getting and a service department that supports you after purchase.
