I canceled my subscription one week after purchasing the app. It was not worth it to me. DoFasting requests an email to cancel. I followed their instructions and so I was surprised when charged three months later. I forwarded the email I'd sent three months ago but they refuse the refund me even though I'd canceled my subscription according to their rules. This is a scam!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
