    So far, so good

    Overall Experience:

    I have an SDC location locally, so I was able to go in and get the free scan, without having to do the trays myself. Very impressed with the Customer Service, and also impressed with the equipment and accuracy of the scan. The tech also pointed out a spot on one of my teeth that I should have checked by a dentist, and it turned out to be an issue that needed fixing!

    I'm reading a lot of August reviews about "weeks turning into months" waiting for the initial trays, and responses from SDC that they were backordered, but that they should be caught up now (as of today's date). I really hope I don't have to wait 3 months for the trays that are supposed to only take 4-5 weeks to arrive (which is a long time, IMO, anyway, but so be it).

    But so far...so good. I'll come back and update after the process is complete.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
