    Horrible

    Overall Experience:

    I thought this was the best way to go to re-straighten my teeth which were not that crooked to begin with. The "brick and mortar" Smile store experience was great but that was it. From day one it has been a disaster - from the shipping to the aligners not fitting and causing sores and cuts in my mouth and tongue which put me behind a week because I had to wait to restart. It was a weekly joke as something would be wrong every time I opened the next week’s aligners. The second week I opened the pack to see that I had 2 sets of bottom aligners and no top so I had to wear the one from the week before for two weeks. I just handled it myself and figured things out but when I did contact customer service in month 2 I think it was - they were going to resend me aligners for a different month which would have done me no good and would have been too late and then I never received anything ever so I just gave up and kept wearing what I had. And now I was supposed to be done and my retainers are already 4-6 weeks late but they already charged me for them and now I got another email saying there are going to be another 3 weeks. First of all - my teeth on top are now over-corrected and my bottom teeth are still not straight. So how can I trust that they won’t move during the day when I am not supposed to be wearing them. Because they do move that fast believe me.

    I would never recommend to anyone and I will probably end up paying more money again to have an orthodontist put back on actual braces. Would have been way easier and more successful that is for sure. Ohhh and they want you to pay $99 every six months for life for the aligners so your teeth stay straight and that is supposedly your guarantee. What crap!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
