I really don't know if it is merely a placebo effect or if it is actually doing my skin some good, but I think the overall condition of my skin has improved since I began taking this formula. I have this impression because I felt my latest Botox treatment lasted a few months longer than usual. I would only recommend this product to a friend if I were asked if I am taking anything to make me look better. However, I would not volunteer a recommendation because as I noted, I am not sure if it is actually doing anything for me. In any event, it is not hurting anything.
