I have seen a difference in my teeth yes, which is great...Except for my 2 front teeth where I still have a gap and only a month to go. But we will see what happens in the next 4/5 weeks. Anyway, the customer service is terrible. About 2 months ago I lost the purple stick to remove your aligners. Took over SIX emails and TWO weeks to get one. (And a little fee, but that's okay.) Taking aligners out without that was so difficult. I dunno why that took so long. Last month I got an aligner that didn't fit and the back and forth emails took over A WEEK so I skipped a week. And now this week my aligners cracked last night and still haven't heard back via email. Been over 12 hours. And asking for another purple stick as I left mine at work over the weekend. Hopefully, it doesn't take 2 weeks again. Yes, we don't pay as much as you do at the dentist but for over $2,400 I would expect way better customer service than this. This are my teeth we're talking about and a lot of money I've invested and time.
