I previously gave V Shred a one-star review because I did not like the way customers are constantly being marketed new products and upgrades in service. However, after that review appeared online, the company contacted me and fully refunded my money. That's why I have upgraded the review.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Link to this ReviewI completely agree with previous reviews. The initial intro video with Vince is very convincing (ha..."Con-Vincing"...I just might have found the inside joke). HOWEVER, the $57 offer I bought really contained nothing extraordinary. There was a lot of talk in the video about how to confuse your metabolism by having days on and off carbs...but I couldn't find that in the meal planning initially presented. It was basically an old fashioned calorie counting diet. And all along the way there are repeated "buy now" offers for other products. It makes it difficult to follow along...and very easy to accidentally click a purchase that you don't want. And since they already have your credit card number, you can get auto-charged! I am not going to risk going to the other areas on the site that I think I bought. I am getting off the website now, never coming back and I am hoping that I only get charged the initial $57 I already wasted.
