The web app is easy to navigate. You get assigned a counselor right away. The LSW I have been paired with is a great match for my needs. Overall, I would recommend that anyone wanting therapy but has scheduling issues try BetterHealth. It's been a convenient comfort. I only wish insurance covered it.
