They offer financial aid on top of their already low subscription for people who are in serious need of help but don't have the means. They also offer a one-week free trial so that you can get in contact with your matched counselor and test for yourself if it would be a good fit before you pay for their services. They also moved my payment date one day further to help accommodate my needs. I cannot express enough how genuine this company is.
