Sweets have been a very important part of my diet since I was a child. Now I find that most of the time, I no longer crave sweets at all. I am seriously and pleasantly shocked. I am 75 years old and I’ve been unable to avoid sugar all my life. It has truly been an addiction. Thank you!
I have substituted dried fruit, nuts, and lots of leafy greens. I feel so much better without all the sugar in my body.
