To be honest, Total Restore started working for me during the 2nd month of taking 3 capsules a day with 8 ounces of water. After approximately 45 days, I had less bloating, less gas, and I could feel the soothing effect Total Restore was having on my intestinal system. I would advise that you take Total Restore to make your stomachaches less frequent and to ease your gas and bloating. It has been healing my gut biome slowly but surely. However, please consult your endocrinologist about licorice root and how it affects the adrenal gland. I take it for 2-3 months, then 2 months of Vital Reds, then back to Total Restore.
