I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I have to say that I've seen some improvement already. My skin was dry and with some fine lines around my eyes and especially the lines around my mouth were starting to be prominent (which I hate and were kind of premature because I am not even 40 yet). I love that these capsules don't bother my stomach and don't cause me headaches either, lol. I'm hoping that my skin continues to improve even more in the future! I will be taking it for a while...
