I have been taking these capsules for over a year. I can see my skin's improvement. Last May I went to a niece's graduation and I saw family members I hadn't seen in over a year and they couldn't believe how I looked. They asked what I was doing to keep looking so young. I had just had my 70th birthday so I was very pleased to get those compliments. I told them about taking the BHMD capsules and recommended that they try them.
