I am in the process of doing the microbiome diet as well as starting the Restore. I have gone through cancer twice and chemo as well as 5 surgeries and sepsis. I am trying very hard to get my life back and get well again. Things are going slower for me because of the issues but I'm not done yet. I will continue and give it 3-6 months. I have nothing to lose by trying.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
