I've had trouble with having to run to the restroom as soon as I eat or even during my meal. I'm only halfway through my first bottle and I already feel the difference. I thought I would always be dealing with that. I also don't have the bloated feeling in my stomach, I'm not always feeling hungry. I bought 3 bottles, can't wait to finish them to see how I feel, thank you.
