My husband and I were watching TV and turned our full attention to him! We usually do! He was talking about "cleaning out your gut". My husband has been having bouts with constipation regularly for too long. His doctor has prescribed several different kinds of meds to him over the past 2-3 years, he gets regular so he stops the med. Both of us are quite regular taking TOTAL RESTORE. They are average size capsules and are easy to swallow. No taste to them either. Within day or maybe 2 we will both be going first thing in the AM and with no straining. Our bowels have never been "loose" either. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THEY HAVE HELPED US!
