Total Restore has dramatically reduced the number of "yucky-gut" days I experience! For several months I was almost incapacitated by bloating, fatigue, alternating constipation and diarrhea, and general "upset-tummyness". It didn't seem to matter what I ate; I experienced these symptoms almost daily. I've been taking Total Restore for over a month now and am already seeing so much improvement! Yesterday was my first "yucky day" in several weeks, and I believe it was due to something I ate. I'm excited to see how much more I'll improve with continued use!
