I have just finished the first bottle of Total Restore which was a month supply. From the beginning, I have been taking 3 pills each day. The first thing I noticed was about 2 weeks in and that was that it seemed to curb my appetite a bit, but it wasn’t till the 3rd week that it seemed to start to relieve some of the bloating in my stomach, which is why I purchased this product in the first place. I do also suffer from lack of energy as well but have not felt any different in that area from taking the pills. I am staring my 2nd month now and am hoping that it will configure in a greater way of relieving the bloating and bringing up my energy levels!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
