The filler causes an illusion that the wrinkles are invisible. The light reflects off the minerals in the formula to accomplish the look of wrinkle-free.
I generally have a makeup-free face so the filler is visible. It is a soft white but can be concealed by bronzer or foundation. The filler smooths the skin's appearance when used before applying makeup.
The filler at this point seems to have decreased the wrinkle depth and preventing wrinkles to deepen since 9/2019.
