    Overall Experience:

    Hi, I'm 60 years old and a bit overweight. I wanted to lose weight for a good while now, but I would feel too embarrassed to go to the gym. And all that diet cookbooks are also not for me. I guess I’m just lazy. Good for me I found DoFasting! The best thing about intermittent fasting is you can eat whatever you want when you have your eating windows, so I could still eat my favorite pie and cheesy dishes. However, I followed the meal recommendations, as they are quite simple. I only would eat my regular food on weekends, when the family comes together.

    I’m losing weight slowly, but steady and I feel more energized to go take walks outside or to meet my friends.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
